How do I book an appointment?
You may call us directly, submit an online form or email us. We will respond to all inquires within 48 hours.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
Yes. We understand things happen. They do to us too. Anything less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "no-show" which results in a $30 fee (per pet) charged if you are to use our services again.
How much do you charge?
Our prices are based off a variety of factors so we welcome you to contact us for a price estimate.
How long does an appointment take?
An average grooming is between 60-90 minutes depending on the pet, size and length of coat.
Do you service my area?
We serve a variety of areas around the South Bay at no charge. However, some areas will require additional fees due to a further driving distance. Inquire about your city today!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards with Square. We do also take cash or check.
Do you need my water or power?
We do need access to an electrical outlet. This powers our hair dryer. We do provide an extension cord of roughly 100ft for your convenience.
We do not require water.
Are you on-time?
We pride ourselves on showing up on-time. When booking we provide an hour period of time, unlike other service providers. If any changes were completed necessary, the client would be notified with as much notice as possible.
What type of shampoo do you use?
We use a variety of all natural shampoos that do not have any harsh chemicals. Depending on the coat of your pet, we could use a hypoallergenic, oatmeal, aloe, or flea shampoo (for an additional fee).
What size pets do you service?
We service cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. Please inquire about pets larger than 120 lbs.
Do you service elderly pets?
We love to take care of our seniors. We are one-on-one with your pet and do not have any assistants on board. Some elderly dogs may have trouble standing for excessive periods of time or have pre-existing medical conditions, in this case we do recommend you see a veterinarian where they can better care for your pet(s).
In the event that we are unable to start or complete a grooming due to stress or the dogs comfort, we will notify the client and recommend they see a veterinarian.
We would not charge for these type of circumstances. Feel free to call us regarding your pet and their situation.
Do you service cats?
Yes, we do. We groom both short-haired and long-haired cats. We do hand dry the cats to ensure for a more pleasurable experience and a more fluffy coat.
Some cats that have never seen a professional groomer before might not enjoy the process but we are willing to try depending on the circumstances.
